training today= crazy.
its raining right now, the radio was right afterall, there'll be pours in the afternoon. so yeah, it is. its raining now.. the sky's dark.
anyw, training was really crazy today, it looked really similar to intensice training, its crazy. ran ard sch field for like 5 times, then, drills, warm up..
then went to bring out medicine ball, the same old long trainings we didnt do for a very long time. throwing! ARGH! medicine ball ehh. heavy. woah everywhere pain. yeah, then do all those funny stuff, went to netball court to play captain's ball. wheeeeeeeew. played and we thrashed vanette's group. UH-OHH!! haha. oops. no whacks pls! haha yeah, and then, training ended, we talked and crapped alot. and then me, vanette, wenfang, deena, cher sheng, and victor went to kfc to eat lunch.
BURNED FATS IN THE MORNING THEN PUT IN FATS INTO BODY AGAIN AT LUNCH! haha
i told them this but they still wanted to eat kfc, all thanks to CS! kfc, woah. like his favourite!
then we really crapped alot, talk rubbish! then, talked bout al kinda things.
well, worse, we contributed to the noise in KFC! haha people nearby our tables were staring at us, due to wad we were talking.. all kinds of stuff and jokes that came out from all of us. and GOSSIP-ED! haha tts the nicest part cuz, its girl's talk jus now not vic or CS's haha! they were really blur. haha. *BIG GRIN!* haha.
had fun, but then when i helped my sis buy her food, the queue was rather not pleasing at all, i mean, the aunty is slow. then the lady infront of me was such a hassle! she ordered and then changed. WTH! anyw, then i switched to the other queue. then went home. monday still having training.. sighs!
the monkey leonard flew off to japan today. =D he;ll be back a week after.
